Winnepeg Team requests

As the Winnepeg missions team finishes their trip, I wanted to post their requests from last week and lift them up in prayer today!

Joseph:

- Cat is under the weather and Tahni is having a lot of back pain, so a prayer for healing for them

-That all the logistics would run smoothly

-That God would give me energy to love our team with incessant passion

-That I would experience time with the Lord

-That we could see God do things that only He could have done

-That Charlottesville would be blessed for years because of what started on this trip

Melissa:

• Pray for personal strength on my end.  I'm emotionally and physically drained after winding down my time at school and haven't found much time to rest.  I need the Lord's endurance and I'm trusting He will faithfully provide this for me.
• The Lord's placed a lot of hope in my heart for this trip, especially for my teammates and the members of the Renaissance Church.  Pray that the Lord's goodness and abundant love is overwhelmingly evident and surrounds us at all times.   
• Pray against any fear or doubt I've been experiencing in the last few weeks.  The Lord specifically placed this trip on my heart for a reason and I need to find assurance in this calling.  
• Pray for boldness and a willingness to share the Gospel to the people in Winnipeg.  
• Pray that I diligently find ways to serve and love the people around me. Pray that I find joy from this but that I'm also seeking the Lord for guidance and not leaning on my own strength.  
• Pray that my time with my teammates is edifying and encouraging.  Pray that we extend grace and genuine love to each other and our actions are modeled after Christ.  Pray that this love for each other is apparent when we're around others.       

Tahni:

My only thoughts are that we would be a blessing to the church there, be a blessing to each other, and that we would be used in the ways we are specifically gifted at!

Andrew:

• that i would overcome self-absorption, and would have faith that God knows what he's doing and will provide.
• for courage & wisdom to speak freely and openly about the gospel
• that God would provide opportunities, that he would open hearts, including ours to see him clearer
